By requesting a quote or booking services with Maple Freight System, you agree to the following terms and conditions governing residential moving, commercial office relocation, packing, and senior moving services.
All written rate quotes provided by Maple Freight System are binding based on the inventory and service specifications provided during initial estimation. Additional items added on move day may incur proportional rate adjustments.
The client is responsible for reserving building elevators, securing municipal street parking permits where required, and declaring high-value items prior to loading.
Standard Released Value Protection is included with all moves. Optional Full-Value Protection insurance covering full replacement value of furniture and electronics must be selected prior to transit.
Any damage claims must be reported in writing within 14 days of delivery completion.
